Shipping Policy

Kerioak ships exclusively within Germany. All orders are dispatched from our facilities located in Germany and France using a secure, tracked shipping method.

As our products are food items, including tea and cacao, we take particular care in how orders are packaged to preserve freshness and quality during transit.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Shipping
Cost: free on all orders.
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days.
No code required, this option is automatically available at checkout.

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: 4.95 EUR.
Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days.
This option includes shipment insurance, offering added protection and peace of mind for your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions or high order volumes during peak periods.

We recommend selecting Insured Express Shipping during warmer months, as faster delivery helps preserve the quality of perishable products such as cacao.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order cancellations or address changes are not possible once an order has been placed and is being processed. Please double check your delivery details carefully at checkout.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please email us at info@kerioak.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the damage, so that we can assist you further.
