We work closely with growers to secure origin verified ingredients, we hold ourselves to strict quality standards, and we're constantly refining how we package, ship, and present our products so that what arrives at your door reflects the same care it received at the source.
Our Story
Kerioak began in Reichertshofen, a small town in Bavaria where founder Christian Geisler grew up surrounded by the region's love for good coffee, quality tea, and honest craftsmanship. After years of exploring specialty tea houses and cacao producers across Europe, Christian noticed something missing: an online store that treated tea and cacao not as commodities, but as ingredients worthy of the same care given to fine wine or artisan coffee.
That idea became Kerioak, founded in January 2026 and built from a small office on Ganghoferstraße right in the heart of Reichertshofen. What started as a personal passion for sourcing exceptional leaves and beans grew into a mission: to bring premium, ethically sourced tea and high quality cacao directly to people who care about where their food comes from and how it's made.
We're a small, independent company, formally registered as a limited liability enterprise in Germany, and proudly still hands on in every part of the business, from selecting suppliers to answering customer questions ourselves. As we grow, our focus remains the same as it was on day one: quality without compromise, sourced responsibly, and delivered with the kind of attention a good cup of tea or a great piece of chocolate deserves.
