I want you to be happy with your purchases and know you will have read all the descriptions and policy information before you placed your order so you know exactly what size, design, colour etc you have chosen, and will have contacted me beforehand if you have any queries whatsoever.
In accordance with EU law and within the EU, you have a cooling-off period and are entitled to return any undamaged item for a full refund minus *full shipping costs if you contact me and return it within 14 days of purchase. I will make the refund within 14 working days of receipt of the item in its original condition. Contact me for the return address as it is not the registered address below.. The buyer is responsible for both the product until I receive it and all the shipping costs. Item must be received by me in the same condition as it was despatched by me. Packaging must be the same or better. Items received back damaged will not be refunded.
If damaged in transit please contact me immediately and retain all packaging with item so a claim can be made to Post Office. They will require proof and may need photos and/or the item and packaging.
*Part of the shipping cost and all packing is usually included in item price, refunds will exclude actual cost of shipping.

Customised or personalised orders are non-refundable as they have been created just for you cannot be restocked/resold.
♥Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ♥ CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel before I post your order I am happy to do so. I would suggest this is done within a few minutes of placing your order in case I am off to the post office.
♥Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ♥ POSTAGE
As I can only put in one postage price it may be lower or higher than the amount shown. If it is a lot lower I will refund.
When possible I despatch within 24 hours and ONLY to your Paypal Address.
Unless requested items will usually be sent out via second class in UK or Standard Airmail for Overseas depending on value
Tracking, Insurance and Signed For are available on request, more expensive items will be sent tracked/insured
Orders for multiple items will be combined unless you request otherwise.
UK items usually arrive within *5 days after dispatch
International items usually arrive within *15 days but have been known to take eight weeks or more.
These are not guarantees but Royal Mail estimates.
*Time taken to arrive will vary on time of year, customs hold ups, weather conditions, strikes etc and is beyond my control once posted.

In accordance with the European GDPR your details will only be used in relation to delivery of your item(s) and communicating with you regarding your order or responding to messages. I do not send out mailing lists nor share your details with any third party unless legally required to do so, or if there is a dispute details will be shared with Paypal as payment processor. Your details are stored as securely as I am able, are not transferred to any Cloud based system nor transferred outside the EU. I will retain your details for a period of six years as required for UK tax purposes. You may have the right to request information on the details I hold on you. Your order will come through Paypal, who have separate policies over which I have no control.

PACKAGING
Items will be packed to ensure the least weight (for postage) and the best method for their protection
Art and prints will be packed according to their needs, either in boxes, board backed envelopes, cardboard packing or tubes.
Crochet items will be packed in tissue and plastic bags
COLOUR
Please note that the colours of my products may vary on different browsers and monitors.

I am at the end of the line for both telephone and electricity cables and therefore prone to losing both so this may be the problem if I do not get back to you as soon as you expect.

ITEMS FOR SALE
Most, if not all the items available on this site are also for sale on another site (Artyah.com), if someone purchases both the first buyer will be sent the item and the second buyer will be refunded.
