Handmade crochet turquoise mobius shawl

 

Fabulously soft turquoise furry yarn with a glittery metallic thread running though it.  This gives it a subtle glitter as you move and the light catches it.  This unique shawl is a Mobius style which is seamless and twists once for optimal drape .  You can wear it as a shawl so it covers your shoulders, upper arms and upper body.  As a cowl doubled around your neck or as a hood and cowl.  There is no top or bottom, inside or outside making it very easy to wear. Once on, you may not wish to remove it again, especially if you love soft and furry fabric or the day is chilly..  It is still loose fitting when wrapped twice around your neck.

​I currently have available a similar cowl in the same colour yarn that is slightly smaller and has single instead of double diagonal stitches

 

The “model” in the photos is a UK 16-18 / US 14-16 / EU 44-46 but the cowl / shawl is free sized and measures​

48 x 14 inches / 122 x 35 cm

 

​Yarn:  Sirdar Ophelia 57% Acrylic 40% Nylon 3% Polyester

Washing Instructions on yarn label: 
Machine washable on a wool cycle, dry flat, do not iron, reshape whilst wet. May be dry cleaned.  Wash dark colours separately.
It was hand washed on completion using a non-bio washing powder.
