Fairytale garden tea cosy
This Fairytale garden tea cosy with pink walls and a green roof will delight all lovers of pretty little fairytale and magical things. The roof is green but is covered with primarily yellow flowers and toadstools. The toadstools have purple fins underneath and some pretty dewdrop beads on top. This is for a large teapot and is shown on a four cup size.
Take a look at all the pictures as they show each side. The teapot mat shown is also included and has vintage wedding-cake beads as gate posts and a fence all around. The door handle is another wedding-cake bead and the door knocker a vintage clip on earring.
It has been hand crocheted from acrylic yarn and the central part of the base also includes a wool mix.
These tea cosies take many hours as each element has to be created and then attached, but I love the result – don’t you?
The teapot is not included.
Washing: I would recommend a very gentle hand wash due to beads on this teacozy.
It is not a toy and should not be used by children due to the small beads and crochet leaves and flowers.
This is the perfect tea-cosy for any tea lover’s kitchen, it is unique, I don’t work from a pattern so as there will never be another one exactly like it, it will be a great talking point for you and your guests.
