This Fairy cottage tea cosy in apricot and orange will delight all lovers of pretty little fairytale and magical things. This teacosy is for a two mug teapot. It is covered in flowers and leaves, vintage beads and toadstools and a cat! Yes, it even has a cat with a ribbon on its tail sitting on the roof.
Take a look at all the pictures as they show each side. The teapot mat shown is also included and has a winding path and border around it.
It has been hand crocheted from acrylic yarn and the central part of the base also includes a wool mix.
These tea cosies take many hours as each element has to be created and then attached, but I love the result – don’t you?
The teapot is not included.
Washing: I would recommend a very gentle hand wash due to beads on this teacozy.
It is not a toy and should not be used by children due to the small beads and crochet leaves and flowers.
This is the perfect tea-cosy for any tea lover’s kitchen, it is unique, I don’t work from a pattern so as there will never be another one exactly like it, it will be a great talking point for you and your guests.
